What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

It is a horror that queer ideological terminology of gender is being used over empirical reality of biological sex. It is a horror that meritocracy is not the rule of appointment with blind applications void of sex or colour.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

That depends on your weasely use of word woman. This should only mean adult human female and as women are born not worn, it is a dangerous travesty to allow fantasising males whether body dysmorphic or worse Autogynephile a position that would reduce the number of females if looking for representation & dealing with protections & needs of females

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

The trickle down feature would see children taught more queer ideology proven dangerous by the Cass review WPATH files & other reviews on going due to mounting concerns of health & safety impacts

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

You will be sued. Plus the cost to implement problems & then undo them is wasteful

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

Too many instances of protecting on sex pest charges to have much faith plus Vaughan Getting not bothering to read any Cygnus papers or be answerable with respectful concern regarding COVID etc. Your competence is lacking & owned. You seem like puppets on a string
